The main differences of chin chin making and snack noodle making are :
1) The Steamer
The difference between chin chin and snack noodles are
Fried Snack Noodle Machine: When making fried snack noodles, the noodles are steamed before frying. And the wheat starch is gelatinized; therefore, the noodles are ready to partially puff when they are fried.
Chin Chin Machine: Chin chin is made by frying the raw dough. Appropriate amount of baking powder is added to the mixer when the dough is prepared in the chin chin making process, to achieve desirable texture of the final products. Chin chin is crispy outside but is usually somewhat soft inside. The cut chin chin pieces or granules are never steamed. We provide the fried snack production line of chin chin machines without a steamer when our customer need a line for chin chin making only.
2) Shapes
Both Chin chin and fried snack noodles have as many various shapes as you may image. Usually fried snack noodles are much finer and thiner. We provide cutting machine to make any shapes that our customers need.
3) Flavoring
Chin Chin Machine: The Flavoring ingredients are added to the mixer when the dough is prepared. The main Flavoring ingredient is nutmeg.
Fried Snack Noodle Machine: The Flavoring ingredients are added to the noodle strips after they are steamed or after they are fried. The Flavoring ingredients include star anise and other Chinese Flavoring powders.

Automatic Dim Sum Machine
The working principle of the fully automatic dim sum machine: It adopts a full stainless steel shell with a beautiful and luxurious appearance.
