Da SanJiang provides Fried, Dried and fresh instant noodle processing lines. All our noodle lines are made of stainless steel, and with the PLC automatic control system. The fried instant noodles production lines produce Instant noodles that can be served in three to five minutes by re-hydrating the noodles in boiled water. These instant noodles production lines can also be used to make dried noodle snack foods.

Hot-air-dried Easy Cooking Instant Noodles Production Line

This process of the instant noodle processing line and instant noodles production line is used to make easy cooking dry instant noodles that are meant to be boiled in water for five to eight minutes before being ready to serve. They are of low fat and taste more like fresh noodles.

Non-Fried Instant Noodles Processing Line (Hot-air-dried)

Dried instant noodles, also known as non-fried instant noodles, made by the hot-air-dried instant noodles production line, are ready to serve in 5 minutes simply by adding boiling water to the dried noodles in a bowl. Being low-fat and free from potential harmful chemicals that may have been generated in the deep-fry process, the dried instant noodles are increasingly becoming popular.

We are among the first companies in China who design and make the completely continuous production line to make non-fried instant noodles.

The new intant noodle machine techniques we used in this processing line includes vacuum mixers for dough preparation, multiple layer steamers, and refrigeration noodle cooling process. The noodle machine is designed to increase the alpha-starch gelatinization of the noodles during the steaming process, to prevent the sticking together of the noodles, and to enhance the re-hydration when the final product noodle cake is soaked in hot water, so that the ready-to-serve noodles will have the delicious texture.

We make hot air dried, non-fried instant noodle processing line that make noodle cakes of square type, round type, long type and hand-shaped type. We can also make one noodle machine that will make several types of noodles. The weight of noodle is from 45g to 120g. The output capacity of the noodle machine is from 50000 to 200000 pieces per 8 hrs. The roller width is from 200mm to 700mm.

Dough Making
First 30% of water is added to the wheat flour and the mixture is stirred by these mixer machines to prepare a dough. In this stage optional ingredients such as solution of food additives stored in the tank are added. We make both traditional mixers and vacuum dough mixers.

Compound Rolling
The dough is compressed into a sheet. This process is fully automatic and no human interference is required.

Continuous Rolling
The dough sheet is further compressed into a thin sheet to be ready to cut into noodles.

Cutting and Corrugating
The sheet is cut into noodle strips. Because the speed of the conveyor is set to be slower than the noodle cutter speed the noodles are twisted into the wavy form. We provide the advanced control system for the operation of the noodle cutting and wave-forming.

Stretching, Cutting and Tray-Placing

Steamer -Noodles are steamed at around 100 degree Celsius for a about 2 minutes.

Two Operators Run A Noodle Line!

Equipped with highly advanced PLC control system of transmitter, converter, sensors, relays, contactors and switches (Siemens, Fuji and Omron), our instant noodle production line and rice noodle line are designed to be operated by only two operators. On the other hand, we can also provide less automatic and hence less expensive individual noodle machines for our customers to update their existing noodle production line, or design a complete set of industrial instant noodles making machines following customer's specification of automation level.

One of our À la carte customer specified design of a complete set of the industrial instant noodle machine is the noodle making plant that can make the three main stream chinese Corrugated Instant Noodles, namely, fried instant noodles, easy cooking instant noodles and hand-made cooking noodles as well as Italian bow tie pasta.

Our Pasta Line Makes Noodles and Macaroni on the Same Line

With the advanced extruding technology, this is the noodles and pasta production line that can make macaroni pasta as well as noodles. Our automatic noodles and macaroni pasta line with the state-of-art extruding process makes a variety of shapes of pasta, namely, spaghetti, lasagne, penne, shell and macaroni. The shaping of the products is by extruding instead of by cutting. This pasta making processing line can use durum wheat semollina or regular wheat flour to make a large variety of macaroni pasta products.

Difference Between Fried And Non-fried Instant Noodle Lines

Instant noodles are precooked dried noodles, usually by the processes of steaming and deep frying; this is the instant noodle production line that most of the instant noodle manufactuers and their instant noodle plants currently adopt. However, we have the up-to-day technologies technologies to make instant noodles by steaming and hot-air drying and our company is very strong in the field of non-fried instant noodle machine. The non-fried instant noodle production line is becoming increasingly very popular. Easy cooking dried noodles are usually precooked by steaming before the noodles are dried in drying machines.  But stick noodles are actually "dried raw noodles", which is made by drying the raw noodle on hangers in a drying chamber under lower temperature. Stick noodles look like Italian spaghetti; and because less processing processes are involved, stick noodles keep the favor of raw noodles and have the taste of fresh Asian noodles. We also manufacture Da Sanjiang China noodles machine that make frozen fresh wet noodles, either precooked wet noodles or raw wet noodles.
