Dry Instant Noodles Making Machine

Unlike non-fried instant noodles, easy-to-cook dry instant noodles are not fully precooked so that you need to cook them before serving. Hot-air-dried noodle blocks made by our instant noodle making machines are ready to serve after cooking for 5 minutes in microwave oven.

  • Instead of using deep fryer, dry instant noodles making machine uses hot-air-dryer to dehydrate the precooked noodle blocks. The drying temperature is usually around 80 degree Celsius to make easy to cook dry noodle blocks, while the optimal drying temperature for non-fried instant noodles making is around 100 degree Celsius.
  • Easy-to-cook dry noodles are usually thicker then non-fried instant noodles and our dry instant noodles making machine assembly can process coarse whole wheat flour, corn flour, millet flour etc., to make dry noodles.
  • Drying method instant noodles making machine can make a varieties of Asian ramen noodles including Chinese and Indian dry Hakka noodle blocks and Japanese ramen.

At present, in addition to adding nutrients to flour before mixing, the new nutritional enhancement technologies and methods that can be adopted in the automatic instant noodle processing line to produce fried and dried instant noodles include:

Spray technology: Various vitamins, minerals and natural colloidal substances are prepared according to the nutritional fortification formula requirements, are added to a quantified amount of purified water and then the well-mixed liquid is spray directly on the surface of the noodles in the form of fine mist droplets. After drying, the instant noodle products can be packaged and sealed as usual. The advantage of this method is that the loss of nutrients is small, but the disadvantage is that it requires additional spraying and drying process.

Nutrient packet method: The ingredients are added to the packages at the end of the instant noodles production line: Vitamins and mineral elements are made into powder, or granulates, and make them into nutrient packets separately, or the nutrients are mixed with other seasoning ingredients to use together with the noodle blocks.

Soy protein nutritional enhancement method: Soy protein is high-quality protein. It is an inexpensive healthy food supplement. Using soy protein, textured protein, concentrated protein and isolated protein as raw materials, adding seasonings to make soy products with different shapes and unique flavors (such as sauce, roasted, braised, spicy, spicy, etc.), can increase the protein content of instant noodles at a low cost.

Instant noodles are made by the automatic instant noodles production line through a series of unit operation namely, the instant noodle machines for flour mixing, dough kneading, pasta sheet rolling, noodle shredding and corrugate forming, steaming, noodle length cutting and noodle block shaping, and deep frying or heated-air-drying to dehydrate the shredded noodles so that the noodles have a fixed shape (usually square or round) and have a reasonable shelf life. Before eating, they are brewed with boiling water to re-hydrate the dry noodles and to dissolve the seasonings, and the noodles are ready to eat in about 3 minutes.

People are familiar with the sayings that "instant noodles are junk food" and "instant noodle cups/bowls contain dangerous chemicals and it takes a month to detoxify the body after eating instant noodles." But in fact, instant noodles served with veggies, fruits, and eggs, meat or beans, is a good example of healthy balanced diet. And the inner layer of the instant noodle cups/bowls are made of heat-resistant, waterproof, and stable materials. Normal hot water immersion will not cause chemical substances to leak out, nor will it affect human health. The claim that it takes a month for the liver to detoxify after eating a package of instant noodles is mostly based on rumors.

There are many raw materials that can be processed into Asian vermicelli glass noodles, such as peas, mung beans, and broad beans. According to their shapes, they can be divided into thin vermicelli, thick stick starch noodles and rice noodles, and flat and wide starch and rice noodles. The technology for making vermicelli from these beans is similar.

DSJ Drying Method Instant Noodles Production Line
- Round Shaped Noodle Blocks, DSJ Machinery Recent Project in China

We use machines of best quality made by DSJ Machinery and selected partners for our instant noodles production lines. This is an noodle processing line makes up to 20 tons of heated-air dried round-shaped noodle blocks per day! A hot-air-dried instant noodle plant (6 lanes, pressure roller system), the production line features automatic shape adjustment of noodle blocks in the noodle tray arrays before the process of continuous automated heated-air-drying. We provide production lines with output capacity from 160,000 to 330,000 packs or 12 to 20 tons of dry noodle blocks per day.

There are two types of hot-air-dried instant noodle lines. One produces dry instant noodles that are ready to serve by stepping in hot water for 3-5 minutes. The other makes noodles of lower gelatinization of the starch so that the products need to be cooked and is also known as cooking noodles. This project produces easy cooking instant noodles that are very popular in the market.

DSJ Drying Method Noodle Processing Line
- Square Shaped Noodle Blocks, Project by Our Team in Hungary, Europe

Featuring automatic batch operation optional secondary pressure cooking, this is a hot-air-dried instant noodle plant (8 lanes, 600mm pressure roller system), constructed and installed by our team in Hungary in Europe. The production line features automatic shape adjustment of noodle blocks in the noodle tray arrays and automatic stacking of noodle tray holders before the stacks are placed in the batch operation secondary noodle steamer chamber. And then the stacks of noodle blocks are conveyed to the noodle dryer. The output capacity of the complete set of instant noodle processing lines is 300,000 packs or 20 tons of dry noodle blocks per day.

Optional pressure cookers are to improve the elasticity texture of the noodle products. This step takes place after the stacking of noodle tray arrays and before finally, the heated-air-drying unit operation.

DSJ Instant Rice Vermicelli Noodle Machines, Rice Noodle Production Line (Self-Cooking Extrusion Process)

Instant rice noodles are also known as convenience rice noodles. The products are crystal appearance, regular shape, non-sticky, firm texture, soaked in hot water at 85-100 °C for 3 minutes before serving. With its unique flavor, smooth taste, fast rehydration, palatable bite and rich taste, it is widely popular in China and overseas.

There are two types of products: the bag instant noodle line and the cup/bowl instant noodle line. Quality standards: finished product water content 10-12%, finished product rate 90-93%.

Italian pasta such as spaghetti and macaroni differ from Asian noodles mainly by using a different type of wheat flour as the main ingredient. Pasta is usually made with durum wheat semolina, which gives the pasta its yellowish color, while Asian-style noodles and fresh noodles (udon noodles) are always made with soft wheat flour. Pasta also come in a greater variety of shapes, such as spaghetti, lasagna, macaroni, and rigatoni.

With our state-of-the-art extrusion technology, our macaroni production line produces macaroni, long products and noodles on the same line. It makes pasta in all shapes i.e spaghetti, angel hair pasta, lasagne, penne, shells and rigatoni. The forming of the product is by extrusion rather than cutting. This macaroni production line can use durum wheat semolina or common soft wheat flour to make a wide variety of macaroni pasta products.

These vermicelli noodles are silky food made from mung bean, sweet potato starch, etc. They are often called dong fun or tang hun (winter vermicelli, mainly in Taiwan). In Japan, cellophane noodles are called harusame (spring rain). The Korean call them dangmyeon (Tang noodles). In Vietnam is called bún tàu, miến or miến dong (made from canna starch).

Cellophane vermicelli noodles are also known as glass noodles. Cellophane noodles are transparent while rice noodles are from transparent, semi-transparent to white depending on the raw material and processing process. Long before the time of the modern instant noodles made by the instant noodles production lines, there were similar pre-fried egg noodles in China called Longevity Noodles (Yee Mee) or E-fu noodles. 1. Instant Noodle Machine Unit Operation

The complete set of fried instant noodle making machine is currently the main stream in the instant noodle industry. Fried instant noodles are usually served after soaking them in hot water for 3 minutes without cooking. Easy cooking dry instant noodles made by the drying method industrial noodle making machine are less expensive to produce without the extra expense of the frying oil. The difference between the two types instant noodle machine assemblies are the dehydration methods, namely deep frying or hot air drying. Rice vermicelli production lines always use the hot-air drying process.

We provide the complete sets of non-fried and fried instant noodle equipment, dry noodle machine as well as the individual instant noodle machine for unit operation. The Recent Development of the Industrial Noodle Making Machine and Noodle Processing

There have been some new developments in the instant noodle industry recently. First, the single line production capacity continues to increase. Increasing the production capacity of a single line can significantly reduce plant investment costs, reduce energy consumption, and reduce labor costs. Second, further reduction of material consumption is achieved. At present, the advanced instant noodle processing line has reduced the oil content of noodles to about 17%-19%.

However, when the oil content is reduced to less than 17%, the taste of noodles is adversely affected, so to further reduce consumption is mainly to reduce the loss due to broken noodle blocks. This is to improve the noodle delivery device of the fryer and to improve the noodle transfer process of the cooler, so that the loss of the noodles caused by the crushing of the noodles.

Another development is to improve the dough sitting process. The maturation process of of the dough has a great influence on the shaping and final quality of noodles, and has recently received more attention from manufacturers. It is desirable for the feeder to achieve uniform curing and to ensure that the dough is first in, first out. Recently, belt-conveyor-dough-sitting machine is used in the hot-air-dried raw spaghetti (stick noodles). We may see the adoption of this process in the instant noodle making machine in the near future.
