1. Product output

1) Product: Bean vermicelli, the diameter is ø0.7-0.8, and the size of the vermicelli bundle is:
200×160×50mm or following costumer's specification.
This production line can use 100% mung bean starch, or about 60% mung bean starch and 40% corn starch, adjustable according to costumer's requirement.
2) Yield: 4~5 tons per shift (10 hours)

Extrusion Method: Cornstarch / Mung Bean Starch Instant Vermicelli Production Line

Instant vermicelli made by this processing line is ready to serve by soaking the vermicelli block in hot water for 5 minutes.

The product instant vermicelli produced by this line is ready to serve by soaking in hot water at 85 ~ 100 °C for 5 minutes. Cornstarch, Mung Bean Starch or the mixture of both the ingredients and be used as input material. The process is a continuous and optional manual or automatic vermicelli the placement in drying trays and vermicelli block shaping.

The mung bean vermicelli making system

All SUS304 stainless steel manufacturing, power 1.5KW.

2. Cornstarch / Mung Bean Vermicelli Machine - automatic water quantitative system 1 set
All SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with automatic quantitative water filling system.

3. Cornstarch / Mung Bean Vermicelli Machine - Pulp tank system 1 set
The mixer is made of SUS304 sheet with a wall thickness of 2mm.  The stirring shaft, stirring rod and cover are made of stainless steel, which can mix 300~350kg starch slurry each time.  Single equipment power 7.5kW.

Drying system

18. Dryer power distribution cabinet

Adopt PLC integrated control, all electrical components adopt Chint brand.  Inverter is delta brand.

19. Cornstarch / Mung bean vermicelli production line - Vermicelli Dryer   1 set

Second drying temperature zone, 6 layers reciprocating box dryer, second floor blower, the total length of about 37.8 meters, the total installation width of about 3.56 meters, installation height is less than 3.9 meters, workshop ceiling height is more than 3.9 meters.

1) Large air volume hot air fan, single power N= 1.5KW.

2) Steam heating radiator, heat sink for continuous extrusion aluminum sheet.

3) Temperature control, 2+2 groups of steam inlet points are used in high and low temperature areas, which is convenient to control the temperature parameters set in the dryer.

4) At the bottom of the dryer, the air inlet is equipped with foreign body interception net.

5) All the moisture discharge pipes are made of 201-1. According to the location or structure of the plant, they are connected outdoors in a straight row or 90° turn.

6) The surface box is made of 304 material, the thickness of the ring bowl is 0.8, the thickness of the frame is 1, and the hanging lug is 3. The bottom of the vermicelli bowl is equipped with 304-ø0.3 steel mesh.  Size of vermicelli bowl: 12-ø115×70.

7) The door material is stainless steel 201-1, double layer insulation, filled with silicate cotton board in the middle, the door is sealed with ω shaped hollow silica gel.

8) The material of dryer frame, front and rear, and middle transmission frame is: square tube 60×40×2.3-201.

The front loading frame adopts square tube 60×40×2.3-201, and side sealing doors made of 201-1 material are installed on both sides.

9) The chain is 1-inch manganese steel chain.

10) Shaft and sprocket are all made of 45#.

11) The inner wall, bottom plate and roof of the dryer are 201-1 materials, and the top panel of the dryer is 201-1.

12) Transmission system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed drive.

13) The chain of the dryer adopts self-lubricating rail, and the rail and the rack are separated to support. The foreign body collection groove is designed below the rail to prevent oil stains and black spots in the pastry.

14) The total power of the dryer N= 47KW.
